"I’m a repeat client and the gas attendant that always pumps my gas forgot to put my gas cap back on. I went back and the guy didn’t seem to care or feel bad. He went on to say that the cap is no longer sitting on top of the gas machine where he put it. Instead of offering to get me a new one from the auto zone that is directly across the street, he sent me away telling me that there was nothing he could do about the mistake he made. He should have handled the situation better. Especially since I’m constantly going there and supporting his business. For anyone that gets gas from this Delta make sure to check that he puts your gas cap back on before you go."
