"I gave this place 1 star because the option for zero stars wasn’t and option If you’re thinking of getting a car wash at this place, you should seriously reconsider I paid for a car wash and told the guy taking my money (cash only business, always a dead giveaway) that my car smelt bad on the outside and that I had possible driven through something bad so please make sure to scrub it well Needless to say he didn’t listen or understand what I was saying and just ran my truck through the outdated automated car wash system When the car came out it still smelt badly so I asked if they could run it through again because it still smelt really bad I even told them that they don’t have to dry the car just run it through so it doesn’t smell bad They referee me to the owner, who was rude, standoffish, and unprofessional, who processed to come out and tell me “yeah the car looks good”. I told him that’s not why I’m asking to run it through again, the car smells like I ran over roadkill and that after you wash a car it should smell and look nice. He proceeded to tell me how he’s never heard of this before, as if that has any relevance to the fact that I paid for a car wash and it still smells like horrible This would be like taking your shirts to the dry cleaners for a cleaning service and them telling you that your shirts look nice and they’re not too concerned about how they smell. See how stupid that sounds I could go on for hours about how pourly run this business is but I hope people get the point. I will happily be taking my business elsewhere."
