"Good place to get motor vehicle inspections done if you don't want to go to MVS."
"They put 87 octane when I asked for 93. I let them know and they acted like it was my fault. Complete morons work here. SUPER doesn’t sound know where near REGULAR."
"I lived in Pompton many years and it's always been a good experience at this gas station, only thing missing is seeing old jimmy with his long gray hair there"
"We drove over a screw when parking across the street at Randy’s Homemade Ice Cream, but lucky for us, Delta was open. They had our spare on in no time, and when I asked what we owed they brushed me off and said “Whatever you want.” Thanks, Delta!"
"Tonight I stopped for gas at Delta. I asked that it be filled up with regular. The attendant was talking on the phone when he came over nodded and walked away. When the bill was ten dollars over my normal amount I quickly realized the attendant gave me super. I told him he put the wrong gas in my car and he said, “the mechanic isn’t here to take the gas out of your car you will have to come back tomorrow.” Shocked, at this, I asked him what needed to be done to get the difference for what he charged me. He would not look me in the eye and it was clear that he just wanted me out of his hair. More to the point, he made it clear that as a woman he would not be helping me. He responded, “call the cops then.” So... I did. After that, he began cursing me out to customers about “how absurd and cheap I was.” I took a picture of him and the gas tank as documentation. This set him off further and he said I had no right. Actually, it is in my legal right, but taking my money is not. Finally, the cops came and he admitted to saying he would give me a refund. At the very least I wanted documentation so that I could dispute the charge. He finally gave me a refund but not before pausing half way through and asking, “make sure you know how to count it all miss since it is clearly important to you.” He then sarcastically ended with, “here is an extra 25 cents for all your trouble;” which I of course did not take. He flipped me off as I left. I think my calling his bluff as well as my being a woman really set him off. I feel awful about inconveniencing our cops over this. I will obviously never ever frequent this gas station again."
