"I came in for a white gel pedicure and left unhappy. The staff was very friendly and professional but the job was sub par. The white is not a true or bright white color and every one of my nails is a different shape, none of them the square shape I asked for. Additionally when I went to pay I was changed more then I was quoted over the phone. If you just need to get something done for an outing quickly this place will do but if you are a perfectionist like me who enjoys very good and detail oriented work this place will leave you unsatisfied. I sat in the front for about 10 minutes with my own nail file cleaning up my nails and then went home to scrub the bottom of my feet since that was also sub par."

"Terrible service. They never seem to book your time properly so you could have 3 people "tag-teaming" your requested service. I have also been having my nails done for years and years and never have they looked so chipped so quickly, or even just chipped for that matter. I'm very disappointed having had so much of my time and money wasted."

They have a great selection of polishes that are updated (never gooey or thinned down to nothing). They are the best and I won’t go anywhere else in the Hamptons."

"I went in for a simple mani/pedi with the dip for my mani. My manicure was painful, and looks worse than before I went in and my toes got messed up before I even got home. When I go to pay, the Venmo username wasn’t coming up so I couldn’t even pay, while my Uber driver was outside waiting for me. 0/10, do not recommend. Will be going elsewhere to get these redone professionally. ***edit*** I went back to the store today to pay for the service I received and they were kind and told me not to worry about it. A redeeming quality for this salon. I’ve added one star because my nails still look horrible and the manicure itself was painful, but they are nice and clean for the most part. 2/10. Still will be going elsewhere for the rest of my time here."
