"Subpar experience, I was asked to pay before polishing (this is totally normal) she told me the total for my service ($25) and asked if $28 was ok and I agreed assuming that was a tip. I paid with my card. As I was leaving she proceeds to chase me outside and tell me “I forgot to leave her a tip”. Moral of the story, come with cash and know that tip is EXPECTED regardless of how you feel about the service."

"I have NEVER had a bad experience at Vivian's. My nails come out beautiful and I've had the most compliments when she does my nails! I'm always astounded by how she can remember each person by name, a little about them and it's always met with mutual smiles and grace. Her music selection is relaxing and a bit fun. Her prices are comparable to most salons. However, you won't find another place that can compare to the friendliest, cleanest environment while having your nails done. The customers she attracts have wonderful personalities and share happiness when they step through Vivian's door. What's not to love??!!
