"Very disappointed with my back waxing today. She completely removed all the hair but left a ton of wax on my back and it destroyed my shirt. I asked if she was going to use some type of lotion or oil to remove the wax and all she did was cover me in baby powder. I won't be going back that's for sure"

"I will not be returning to this nail salon. I stopped in quick to get a gel color change. I had gotten my nails done for an acrylic, fill-in one hour prior and I didn’t like the color I chose. I told them multiple times polish change, polish change. I picked my color and everything was great. Then it came time to pay and I’m looking at the board at their prices and it said polish change artificial nails $10 so when the nail tech told me $35 my mouth dropped to the floor. The owner I’m assuming was yelling at me from the next table he said 35 you got a manicure I said no I didn’t get a manicure I got a polish change. I said why does your board say $10 and you’re charging me 35 when an acrylic fill-in says 35. He insisted that it was a manicure. I said I didn’t ask for a manicure, I asked for a polish change. I told them that is ridiculous. I paid the 35 even though I should’ve handed them $10 and walked out. I will not be returning under this new management. Rude and ridiculous prices."

"I visited best angel nails on January 8th. I have been a customer of theirs for years now. I always use Steven to do my acrylic nail fill-in. He always does a fantastic job and takes his time. My total is always $57, but today they wanted to charge me $12 more because he “took too long”. I do not understand the logic behind this at all. He always takes the same amount of time, mind you I was his last appointment of the day and people were still receiving service’s as I was finishing up. So it’s not like I kept them open longer. I ended up not having to pay extra because I argued my way out of it after they laughed in my face. I will NOT be returning to this salon. They are rude,disrespectful and inconsiderate."

"I’ve been coming here for the last 7 years and I’ve seen them very crazy busy and I must say, I am always very happy with my nails- no matter who I see! There can definitely be a wait but I never get my nails done when I have somewhere to be. I recently went because I had a feeling I may get engaged- and I did! The amount of compliments I got on my nails- thank you best angel! I couldn’t have asked for better nails for my special moment and all the times before and after! Definitely the best nail salon in the area!"
