"First time using them and I love the manicure that Chloe gave me."
"First time there. (My nail place is closed for vacation). It took just over an hour for a gel nail fill in. The girl (apparently an apprentice) filed too much 4 or 5 times which hurt. They charged $40! $35 for short nails and $5 for 1 nail tip. I always pay $26. Will NEVER return as they don't value my time or money!"
"I had an appointment 2 days ago for a gel pedicure. I received the service, and 2 days later I noticed that the nail polish was completely missing from one of my toe nails. I called them only an hour or so after they opened to get the toe nail fixed and was told that they could not fit me in, that they were too busy. When I asked if I could come tomorrow morning, they did not have any availability until the late afternoon which did not work for me. For someone who works In the customer service industry, this is no way to treat a paying customer. I paid $70 for this pedicure-$50 for the pedicure and then an additional $20 for the gel. It would not have taken long to redo the ONE toe nail. I have had manicures here that did not last and chipped only after a few days. They never dip enough of the sns powder compared to other nail salons. I gave pedicures another try and never again. Don't waste your time or money. Service is terrible and staff shows no sense of urgency once they already have your money."
"I want to preface this by saying I’ve NEVER left a review anywhere, and I’ve been coming to this salon for years. I’ve had many frustrating experiences, but overall the techs have done a good job on the services, so I always looked past it and came back. My experience today was the last straw. On Tuesday I made an appointment for myself, my mom, and my sister to get pedicures at 4pm on Friday. We arrived at 3:55pm on Friday and were told to choose our color and wait. We waited until 4:30pm before my sister and I were moved to pedicure chairs and my mom was left waiting at the front. Once in the pedicure chairs my sister and I waited for an additional hour, my mom was still in the lobby. They did not start working on my sister and I until my mom angrily walked out due to the ridiculously long wait (especially with a scheduled appointment). Before leaving my mom paid for my sister and I, and was told that the wait was because we were “getting gel”, but NONE of us were getting gel. AFTER my toes were done, the tech told me there was a $5 “gel removal fee”…you’d think they’d waive the fee since I waited an hour and 15 minutes WITH an appointment and had already paid without being made aware of this fee. Still, I paid the fee and tipped him. No one ever apologized and they ignored us the entire time. My sister finished before I did and asked to wait in her chair, rather than the drying station, so we could stay together. A few moments later another tech came over and made her get up so she could use the pedicure chair my sister was in, despite there being an open spot right next to us and many along the other wall. Another customer (who had told us and the salon owner that she was 2 weeks postpartum) was yelled at to get out of a manicure chair for the same reason, again there were over 5 empty stations that could have been used. When I left, the owner said bye to me and referred to me by my name as if nothing happened. As I mentioned I’ve been coming for years so she knew me personally but had acted as if I was a stranger until I was walking out the door. Still there was no apology from the owner or any of our techs. Over the years I’ve been charged random fees (+$3 for shape, +$5 for a “special polish, etc.) and pressured to choose a more expensive option. It seems like they charge you whatever they feel like that day. After a while I started asking to pay beforehand so that these random extra fees wouldn’t be added on after my service was completed, they always seemed super annoyed about me asking. Spare yourself the time, money, and frustration and go somewhere else. The nails turn out well but it’s not worth the horrible experience and gaslighting that you face by employees."
"I had a gift certificate to use and was here for the first time. I had to wait a bit, since I didn't have an appointment, but it wasn't too bad. Eva met with me and had me select a color and did a really great job. My nails looked great and were shaped nicely. The prices are more expensive then the other places that I go to, so I opted for just the powder manicure and skipped the pedicure. However, I would definitely go back. Highly recommend! Ask for Eva! ❤️"
