"Poor experience. It was unfortunate. I wanted to love it. I had a 90 min massage which was $65. In those 90 min the lady giving me a massage got a phone call which her cellphone ring was on loud, she answered it, had a conversation and then went on to have a mini text conversation, sending out texts and answering them- again- her volume was on loud so I could hear messages going out and coming in. She was also in and out of the room on multiple occasions having conversations with other employees, and customers (not only to get the towels which in some places to be expected). There were other employees around so she wasn’t a one woman show. The towel she brought in was also cold and wet in between wipe downs. At the end she told me the total and added “plus tip”. I gave her a $10 tip and she became angry and demanded $20 while including in her other colleagues in the conversation. 20% is standard if the service was good. Which would have been $13. Demanding for a $20 tip which is also optional with the services given was outrageous. Not a relaxing experience overall. I understand you get what you pay for but, there are other places you can go with similar prices and convenient scheduling."

"Just the perfect amount of strength, relaxtion and pressure. Massage therapist asked many times if the pressure was on point and how I was feeling. Very personalized and targeted massage. I took 60 min body and 30 foot rub - I now feel much more relaxed and overall less tense. I can't wait to be back. Clean facilities and professional service. Thank you!"
