"I called in advance, made an appointment at 3pm, and when I came I was told they messed up and made a mistake ( scheduled it for a later time), I agreed to wait and asked if I can stay here and wait because it’s too hot outside - 85*, but i was refused.. I think it’s a kind a bad attitude, it was not my fault, I told about time (3pm) several times during the call, I understand everything may happen, but you also have to put yourself in my position, and at least did your best to offer me a seat in the facility while I’m waiting.."

I have some trouble speaking up, but she paid attention for any time I seemed uncomfortable. I was also given a water on my way out. I feel super relaxed from my massage and she gave me an extra 20 minutes of foot massage with a hot ginger soak because I told her I was sore from a long drive! I will definitely be back and look forward to supporting this wonderful business. Also, the spa was super clean, smelled good, and I was given water after my massage! Thank you again! "
