"I have seen Tim to have my hair colored a few times, and enjoyed the experience! The lad time I went in he used a different product to color my hair, this time my hair came out a deep color of Navy Blue. I was pleased, but several days later my hair started fading to a dark gray, and there was no color loss! I went back to Artistique salon to speak with Tim as his associate recommended. He was rude and said I had an angry face! I was hurt because I had always had a decent exchange and enjoyed Tim’s conversation. I was not angry, I went in to discuss what could maybe be done to correct my hair! I took his card and said we could talk later! I called him to discuss and he told me that the new product he used was different, but that the after care product I was using was cheap, although it was the sameproduct I had used on his previous colors! He told me he had no answers because he isn’t a chemist, and that is what he should be considered when apply bleach and color to someone’s hair! He told me that I could come back but that I should show him more respect,and that confused me, because I have never showed him anything less than respect! At the end after setting an appointment, he then told me not to be offended, but that he didn’t really think that amount Ibwas tipping was enough! I was as insulted and I told him that he could cancel the color correction! I think he was very rude to call me angry, as Iveas suffering from a health condition! He charged me more that the average for the color and cut, and then insulted me by telling my tipping was below average! I would recommend he fix his attitude towards people who actually recommend someone with chemist background to fix hair! See the extreme change in my hair! I will not return! Tim improve your customer care and you may get a bigger tip, but your manners are unacceptable and rude to request more tips!"

"This hair salon was the answer to my prayers. I usually don’t trust anyone with my hair and what Sofia did was more than a miracle. The staff are super attentive and friendly. It didn’t feel like it was my first time but more of a long time customer experience. The atmosphere was great and because the staff were able to make instant connections, even my son got a haircut. This child does not like anyone touching his hair nor ever been happy with any haircut. Not only was it the first time he felt happy with his haircut, he also asked for us to keep coming back to get his haircut with Sofia. We also loved Annie so much. We loved her kindness and how amable she is. If you are like me looking for a place that will take good care of you, don’t look any further. This is the place you need."

He was very patient and attentive, not only in listening to the kind of haircut I wanted and my concerns, but also in recommending a haircut that he thought would best suit my hair type. I appreciated that he was honest in his feedback and suggestions. He was friendly, approachable, and professional, and I would go to him for his services again."

"Full head transformation in 6 hours! Sofia and Tim were amazing! Inspired by one of their own inspiration boards in the salon, I knew I wanted a similar effect, different colors, and they did it exactly! A little trim and layering and time. They assessed my hair, gave honest expectations, and delivered. Brought my 2 kids as well for a simple trim and they were also very happy. Clean and friendly place. No judgements, all joy. Highly recommend."

"Sophia was super friendly and cut my hair as well as she could. She did a good job of recreating the hair style in the hair inspo photo I showed her but I think she thinned my hair out a little too much. Also, they give discounts if you leave reviews but you can’t use the discounts on hair cuts (which is a bummer because I don’t do anything else to my hair other than hair cuts). Nonetheless, I would be happy to come back and get another haircut."
