A greater commitment to educating clients about the types of hair used and the application process could enhance the overall experience and set proper expectations. While the technique and service were acceptable, it's important to note that the salon does not offer a warranty on their products or the extensions. Given the steep price of nearly $2,000, my expectations were high, and sadly, they were not met. I would suggest that this salon might be better suited for those with straight hair, as they may have more experience in that area. Overall, I cannot recommend their services for curly hair extensions."
