"Terrible experience!! Here is why: 1. For about $70 a person, it costs more than one of my local theme parks that has a water park and amusement park. 2. Half of the water slides were down. We were so excited to do the large black and white high thrill slide, Black Thunder, but it wasn’t working- which we didn’t know until we hiked across the water park to get to it. 3. Lack of direction and information… it was hard to figure out where things were. There were not maps around. There was some signs that had arrows pointing, but it was confusing to know where you were exactly going. Also, it was confusing to know what rafts go with which ride since it wasn’t labeled anywhere and staff were not helping guests. 4. Staff communication. We were told by an employee to step out of the food line and go on the other side of the concession stand because there was no line. The staff member on the other side said the window was closed and she couldn’t help us. 5. Staff attitude. Everyone, literally EVERYONE, seemed absolutely miserable. Barely answered questions, gave no information, talked monotone, and were not helpful. It was extremely rude and alarming, as it is supposed to be a fun environment. Only nice staff members I spoke with were the two bartenders. We told them they were the most pleasant people all day. To note- we made the best of what we could. We did four rides and the lazy river.. we had lunch and tried to have a relaxing and fun girls day. I will say the cherry on top to the whole experience is looking to leave a review the following day and they dropped the price by almost 50%…. Lovely. Would’ve preferred a cheaper price for the negligence of the staff and attraction as a whole."
"Reasonable price and fun for everyone. It is a small water park compared to themed amusement parks but decent size. We bought the season pass which is worth it if you plan on going more than once. It can get busy so wait time for rides can be longer than 30 minutes and some rides were not open when we visited during the Memorial holiday. We were able to get on all the rides in a 3 day span, the rides that were open. No outside food other than water and they have picnic areas where you can store your coolers but this is outside of the park. Parking was reasonable $15-30 and they have a package online which includes parking and 10% off food for a little bit more money than the regular season pass. I didn't give it 5 stars because customer service is important and it's lacking that an example I asked staff if I could use my phone to pay for food vs money or an actual card she said yes but then forgot to tell me they were closed when I went to another line to place an order so when I was ready to start my order that staff told me they were closed! Lastly, check the hours of operation, I think they close early not sure if there is a law regulating hours of operation but 7p is early compared to other establishments visited while in FL."
"Awsome palce for the summer . Kids and family friendly environment. Lifeguard very attentive. Can get very busy during peak season. Season pass is a great deal, comes with free parking, 10%off purchases , 1 free bring a friend pass. Locker is expensive. Food can get expensive but is so good lol so it's worth it. Funnel cake is sooo good. Must always get ."
"Wouldn't trade this place for the world, definitely my favorite place and water park. "
"Awesome day spent there! There are many options for a good time for babies, kids, teenagers or adults. You can go mild or wild on the rides. The only downside is that I was waiting for a long time in line for the rides. So, avoid going there in weekends. But if you do, take some patience with you and be ready to wait for 40-60 min in line."
