"This store is such a mess now, regardless of what time of day you go. We just went an hour after they opened. Piles of unfolded clothes everywhere. Had to literally dig through stuff to try and find specific sizes. They were sold out of the majority of toddler sizes which is the only reason we went. The last four times I’ve gone they’ve just steadily gotten worse. No one even bothered to offer assistance as I dug through the mountain of clothing. Employees were standing at the register actually complaining about customers that placed pick up in store orders. From now on I’ll either go to a different store or order online for home delivery."

"I have shopped at this location for many years and have always had a great experience.....until today. I went to pick up an online order and arrived just after they opened. The gentleman that greeted me got my order and I was on my way. No issues at all. However, I was almost home and realized he gave me someone else's order. An honest mistake I'm sure considering the name was very similar to mine so, I returned to the store within the hour. When I walked back in the store, the same man who gave me the wrong order saw me and said nothing. I went straight to the counter and waited for someone. He knew I was waiting and ignored me. He made his way to the counter when he saw no one else was helping me and just looked at me, still saying nothing which was extremely uncomfortable. So I said, "hi remember me from earlier?" He replied with a very annoyed "mmmhmmm". I told him he gave me someone else's order and his only response was, "oh that's why it wouldn't scan". No apology, nothing. He went to the back and corrected his mistake, but I still don't understand why he had such an attitude and was so rude. I wasn't upset by his mistake. I was very understanding and just laughed it off. I've always had such a pleasant experience with the employees here, so I hope he was just having a bad day. Hopefully his customer service improves especially when he is at fault."

"I wanted to acknowledge an associate at your Easton Market Columbus, Ohio location #00909 Cashier Lacy...I have been shopping with your company for the past 11 years... 4 children ... my most recent purchase was for our 7 month old...now 8months... I bought 9 months clothes and after washing them before wearing, the clothes were WAYYYYY tooooo small on our daughter. I made mention of this issue to an associate on an earlier visit and she advised me to bring everything back and Carter's would exchange out all my clothes. I had over $100 dollars in clothes in two different transactions and LACY was truly amazing, patient, and kind through the whole process even going beyond measures to help me locate the items unbeknownst to me. Thank you. Great customer service!! I am truly a Carter's lover and shopper for life!! Carter's thank you for standing behind your product."
