"Sometimes you find buried treasure in the way of extremely low priced name brand items and sometimes it's a complete bust. That's what makes the search somewhat fun. The stores are generally clean but can be a big disorganized mess during the holidays."

"Was ok store, not many products not good pricing. There was only one staff at the counter and she was taking too long to process one customer. I would skip this store and look for another store. Plenty of parking available and many other stores around"

"This Ross is one of the most organized I've been to here in Ohio. Everything in place and with staff, something rare at Ross. I spoke to an employee who looked like a manager, I don't know her name, but I know she was born in Peru, very friendly. There was a lack of more beauty products, but at least in this store we found the products in the right place!"

"Checkouts very disorganized. When a supervisor was called to address a problem she stopped to chat with clerk working security. She chatted for a while and I could hear them laughing in a jovial conversation. After some time had passed, I had them call for a supervisor again and that's when she broke off the conversation to see how she can help. The supervisor helped solve the problem but was very flippant and dismissive about the problem I had with a cashier. She was dressed in jeans and a blouse some may have worn to clean the house. It was not at all a professional appearance a supervisor should wear working the sales floor of a department store."

"This place is a MESS! The store hadn’t bern open for an hour & it was clothes & carts everywhere! Not to mention, nobody spoke as I entered. A lady cut me off as I entered carrying a broom. Didn’t say excuse me or nothing! I don’t spend my money in places when I’m not spoken to. Terrible customer service! If I could give NO STARS, that’s what it would be!"
