"My first time there and reaction was wow this is a very nice chic looking place. I got a pedicure with gel and made for a lavender spa pedicure. The person doing my pedi did a very bad job all together she did not clean cuticles hood did not scrub the bottom at all. She polished my toes over and over with gel polish and it was clunky. Coco which I believe is the owner came to fix my toes and still Not a good job. Coco did my SNS she has a great personality great conversation. I wasn’t super happy with her service but it was acceptable. Until two days later SNS started chipping off. SNS is suppose to last two weeks and only comes off when you soak it off how is it chipping and coming off without soaking. I would not come here again. I paid $105 for poor service and I even gave a tip."

"I’ve been coming here for 5 years and I’ve never had a problem! Sometimes wait time can be longer but if they know they will take you! Everything is super clean all the time! Lots of color selection! And coco does a great job for nails and eyelashes! Gotta call ahead now cause of Covid there is no waiting!"

"I love this salon, stumbled across it on Yelp and they didn't disappoint. Fair pricing, good work, and clean atmosphere. The lady that does my nails is a true perfectionist and ensures I'm getting the shape I want (I'm a nail natzi). She's more meticulous than I am, which is much appreciated! The only downfall is that they really don't do walk ins because it's a really small shop. So be sure to plan ahead when coming here. I have moved away from Queens, but will probably still come to Crystal to get my nails done."
