"Things can be done more efficiently there. The prices are high and the hair looks wiggy and not undetectable like it's advertised. The staff should be paid better so that clients don't have to tip in addition to paying hundreds of dollars each month. I probably won't renew my contract again. I can get full lace wigs or hair toppers for less that look natural."
