"Last month I went to the lady to take a haircut, and the lady's name is Saba which is the owner and she is from Pakistan. This lady's behavior is very rude, and her face is like she's naturally angry. She does not have any respect for her customers. When I went to go cut my hair I saw that the owner Saba fought with 2 of her customers. The owner does not know any manners and she does not respect any customer. In my life I saw a lot of beauty salons but I never seen anyone like this lady before. Please do not go to this salon. You will waste your money and time. She is also kind of racist."

"This is so inconsistent. You never know if you will walk out the door hating or loving the way they did your eyebrows. Some of the staffs DO NOT listen to your request and are very hostile when doing your eyebrows or your face. There were times when I walked out this place with burns and bleeding eyebrows from them over working my skin. Again not all the staffs are like this, it's unfortunate that the ones I ended up with were like this. Maybe the owner should be more careful on who is hired because the last thing they need is a lawsuit from an angry costumer."

"We were very disappointed with the service. All they think about is money and no service. We called three times to confirm if it was okay to come today or we can come some other day. They still said no come no problem and gave us a degrading service. When asked they were rude, started shouting over the employees - made a racist comment at us and in-fact engaging us further to argue. I was brought here by my niece who got really great service here from before. But she was disappointed with her service today to. I will definitely not be going to a place where people value money more than there customers."

"I went here recently, and I asked them to thread my brows and my beard. I’ve been to other salons and when I waxed there my skin never started bleeding. However, when they waxed my eyebrows, I started bleeding and it was so painful. I was in so much pain I started crying. For my beard, they accidentally waxed my NOSE!!! How do you wax my nose when you’re supposed to wax my LIPS !! my nose started bleeding so bad. This place disappointed me so bad… I still had to pay as well. NOT WORTH IT."

"The staff is well trained and professional in their work. I get full waxing done here and it is great. I also tried eyelash lifting and eye brow tinting. Exceptional results and my eye lashes did not require mascara for 2 months. Also, recommended is Gold facial with bleach. Face feels young and rejuvenated. RECOMMENDED TO ALL WOMEN OUT THERE."
