"They’re too scissor friendly. I asked for a trim. For reference my hair reached my belly. I left with something near my shoulders. No where close to the length I asked for. Hate this mid length hell my hair is going through right now."

"Irene is wonderful. It felt like a spa day. Customers were also friendly. The salon is clean and positive. Even helped me find an ATM nearby as the establishment only takes cash. Get your hair and nails done in one spot. Wish they took debit/credit, but hopefully in the future! Either way, I’ll be back and I’m definitely recommending to my girlfriends."

"I had these thick, nice eyebrows and I asked for a shaping. She ruined my eyebrows, they’re thin and ugly and arent even symmetrical! Absolutely disgusting, don’t go here."

"Would give a 0 if I could . She cut my hair without my permission for the length. As I was talking to my mom she just cut it without any warning. We said it was way too short and that she should’ve asked us first for a final decision and she proceeded to argue with us that it was what we said, it was not. She then kept saying how it’s not even short and that it went passed what I said wanted. As she was finalizing my already short hair, it came up to my shoulders , far from where I said I wanted it. I genuinely cannot stop crying because it took me so long to grow my hair and now it’s the shortest it’s ever been and I absolutely hate it. She also is just rude."
