"I received the diamond facial from Caroline. She was so kind and receptive and did a pretty good job. I am really disappointed with the front desk staff when I missed my session in Dec and June they told me it will get carry forward and one day before my appointment I hear that it was not the policy. She told me that you loose out your Dec and June session which I have paid for. Really disappointed."
"Where do I even begin… Adrienne took the MOST care of me! I have panic disorder and can have random severe panic attacks, and she was so comforting the whole process- and I LOVE MY LIPS!!!! I had a pretty bad panic attack after my appointment and they let me sit in a different room with a blanket for a while so I could try to calm down. The front desk agent Maura was so sweet and helpful as well I cannot be happier with my experience. Thank you for dealing with me, and I appreciate everything!"
