"Did my first ever cold plunge a few days ago. The facility is beautiful. The staff is upbeat, knowledgeable, and answered my many questions in detail. Sauna was kept at 190°. Usually you’re lucky if it’s over 170 at places. Getting out of the cold plunge for the third time and sitting back in the sauna, I started laughing. It was just me in there… it felt quite nice, and like my body was happy with me. Will definitely be back and will explore other services."

"What a great place if you’re looking for a cold plunge and sauna nearby. I just had a 36 mile day on foot around the perimeter of Manhattan, so this was just the recovery I’m looking for. Being able to have my private room to go between the 47 deg cold and 189 heat at my own pace was perfect! Friendly staff too. Will be back for sure."

I love the thoughtfulness of having a phone holder for me to record my first cold plunge experience to share with family and friends, and the staff took the time to explain the best way for me to experience the whole session (2 min cold plunge + 20 min sauna). "Just had my first IV session and couldn’t be happier! Firstly, the place is super clean and beautiful. The pictures don’t do it justice. I became a member and received a monthly bag, which I added amino acids and ALA as add-ons to. Angie was an amazing nurse who stayed with me the whole time and made sure the whole process was comfortable and pleasant. I am DEFINITELY going back soon to try out the hyperbaric oxygen chamber and the sauna/cold plunge combination!"

"What a an amazing addition to the neighborhood! Much needed!! I recently tried the spa's Ionic Detox Program and it was truly a rejuvenating experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly staff and felt welcomed! The Ionic Detox Program involved soaking my feet in a warm water bath that was infused with ions. As the treatment progressed, I could see the water changing color, which was a fascinating sight. The staff explained that this was the result of the toxins being drawn out of my body through my feet. I also tried the sauna - new, very spacious, you can request the temperature that fits your body and mind. Looking forward to try all the IV treatmens and great adds on vitamins as per request! Overall, I highly recommend this SPA!"
