"Ghetto shop in ghetto neighborhood. Slow, expensive, and they don't sterilize the one comb for everyone's hair each time. They need to be regulated by the city like a restaurant. My head is itching now and I washed it before they braided it . Don't go there. I certainly won't be back. I'm going to report the comb situation to the city too. What happened to the barbercide? Oh and one worker sneezed right on her customers head and didn't cover her mouth. Yuk y'all."

"I never leave bad reviews but at this point this been sitting on my heart, I’ve been a loyal customer over 25 years to this stylist to charge me a halo on knotless braids $100 that’s insane. You have not shown any loyalty or respect for me. I bring you numerous customers. She’s great at what she does but I know this is ridiculous to charge $100 for halo and the style is 160 from the start. I will NOT be returning because you show no loyalty to your loyal customers over 25 years I will not name who she is. I just rather walk away and let her understand. You cannot treat people like that when you’re good to others people are good to you. FYI, I am not a cheap person and I always tip when I’m done and I tip those who help her on my head. If you read this do better with your customers. SMH"

"Headline - Very unprofessional and argues with their customers. I went to get my hair done and the hairstyle was not what I paid for. She started saying something in her native language as if she doesn’t care. Out of nowhere, she starts arguing with a customer which the customer was in the right and I had to intervene. I do not recommend this facility because they are not about high level of customer service or professionalism."

"I was looking for hair braiding services I knew there was a salon close by where I lived so I called where google told me was the best one near me I set up my appointment like regular and not knowing there were two salons on the same block I walk in unaware of this I asked was this 121 Roseville ave the lady said yes I asked did I speak to you she replied you spoke to my sister I say ok and wait to be served while waiting the correct salon calls me and let’s me know this lady just lied to me and informed me I was at the wrong salon if they need to lie to get customers this isn’t the place for me she lied multiple times to me and the fact that the other salon had to call me to let me know means she did this before"
