"Went to this lab for an antibody test. The results came out but I didn't understand them. When I called, United explained that the antibody test said that I was currently infected with COVID. I took the results to my doctor who said that antibody tests cannot detect current infection, only a swab test can say. They are giving out incorrect information, trying to push that an $85 antibody test can give you the same result as a $350 nasal swab. The office was disorganized, getting a hold of them was next to impossible. When I was finally on the phone with someone, they stopped me, put me on hold, and came back. I understand that there are a lot of patients, but it is beyond rude to cut someone off in the middle of their sentence after being on hold already for so long. DO NOT GO HERE. They do not know what they are doing, and they are lying to their patients. They only care about taking money."

"I requested and paid for a Covid 19 test because I was symptomatic and the Blood work results came out negative. The same day I ended up in the hospital and was swabbed 5 times and came out positive. I requested my money back over the phone and they told me to go to the lab sick to get my money back. When I got to the lab they refused to give me a refund. The owner didn’t speak English and was extremely rude and was correcting my Spanish and told me I need to learn how to speak Spanish properly because I lived in the United States. Then she told me that if I had a different attitude she would have given me a refund. And the two nurses in the front desk were not wearing masks"

"Went June 11th for blood work and today Friday June 19th, I still dont have the thyroid part of my test. I just called now and was told sorry call Monday. No manager on site to explain that this delay caused a cancellation of my surgery. The worker Diana was a great help. Unfortunately their lab part sucks!"
