"I don't usually leave a review but I was outraged, the first time I went to the place a girl named Naty helped me, she was very dear, very kind, I told her to please put small eyelashes on me as natural as possible. because I have big eyes when she finished the section After almost 3 hours I see that she made my eyelashes super long, her other client was waiting for her, Nathy had not finished yet and she did my left eye in a hurry, the eyelashes . They were bothering me in her left eye, she tried to correct it but the other client was already waiting for her. I thought that as the days went by it would stop bothering me, but on the 5th day I couldn't stand it and I felt something pulling on my eyelashes, I felt like I wanted to get a stye. I contacted the establishment and they told me that they only give a 3-day guarantee but that they were going to make an exception, which they never told me was a 3-day guarantee. The next day the very kind boy Alex helps me, he corrects me about the discomfort in my eyes, so I decide to do the following. The appointment will be with Alex. I told him that she had been dissatisfied with my eyelashes because they were too long and he told me that they were big because I had a big eye and the eyelashes made my eye look even bigger. The next week, Alex removed my eyelashes. eyelashes that Nathy had put on me and he did the design himself, I really loved it, when I go for the 4th time, to get the touch-up done with Alex I make an appointment first thing in the morning, the receptionist confirms. appointment 2 days before. He didn't tell me that he had to separate the fee with $50 USD. She just told me that her appointment was confirmed. One day before the appointment, less than 24 hours, they wrote to me on my Instagram that they were confused and that the place I had reserved had been given to another girl who made an appointment via WhatsApp, I saw this message late, first because I don't use almost Instagram and secondly I don't know why one fills out a form with personal information if in the end this establishment does not deign to call the client, either to confirm an appointment or cancel it, apart from that it had another availability in the afternoon, of which I I couldn't because I work. My point here is that unfortunately this establishment does not have communication between them, when it came to scheduling appointments it was the second time that happened to me that they said a time to serve me and then changed it, they wanted to charge me. correcting the eyelash that hurt my eye, in the end they didn't charge me because I said how are they going to charge me for something that is bothering me. The second, they write messages on Instagram saying something and then delete them, they lack professionalism. Another negative point, they charged me for the removal of eyelashes that Nathy and Alex had done, almost $200 USD, to which I told them that I wanted them natural and small and he gave me a point of 14 of which this is very long and more. For the big eye, the girl Nathy, in my opinion, does not know how to design according to the customer's eye, another negative point, when leaving tips with your card they charge you tax on the tips as well. I really liked working with Chico Alex, unfortunately it seems that this place only cares about money and not customer service, so it lacks professionalism. I visited this place 3 times in less than a month, I paid them $330 plus tax plus tips. My birthday is Saturday and this same day I have a wedding in Florida. I wanted to see how pretty I looked with my eyelashes. I had canceled my appointments to make an appointment at this place, now I will have to take off these eyelashes they put on me. Wasted money, unfortunately this establishment does not care about the customer. Parking in this area is $5 usd, for 2 hours. so you should bring more money because they take more than 2 hours to apply lashes, whether classic or hybrid. They lost a good client!!!"

"100% recommend this place. I have gotten my lashes done before with great professionals in different states and countries but none were as good and look as natural as the ones I got at Nia's studio. She provides several other services worth trying with eyebrow and lip tinting, etc. Both Nia and her staff are nice and friendly and experts in their field and their new location is convenient, clean and cozy.
