Not only is she a doll and so easy to work with but, as someone (me!) with naturally curly hair who always wanted straight hair, I now have what I want!! The blowout lasts until the next time I go back. She has also done fabulous Keriden treatments in the summers which keep my hair under control the whole (humid NYC) summer.
