Airport Cuts

"Just call and asked if I can come for blow dry, lady said yes. I said I am coming in 5 min. (I live block from the salon) I came in less then five minutes, she took someone else and told me to wait for an hour, soooo unprofessional and disrespectful."

It may not be the most posh place but the service and price is exceptional for the service! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend! Walking distance to several LGA airport hotels. "This lady has no concern for anyone’s time. I came at 3pm to the salon. She had a note on her door saying she was on a break and would be back in 20 minutes. I called the number on the note and she said she would be there in 20 minutes. Obviously she waits at home instead of at the place of business. Fine. I went to get something to eat. 30 minutes later no call no nothing. I call. She says she’ll be there in 3 minutes with a sigh. I could tell she was still at home. 17 minutes later I call, she’s in “traffic”. So what was supposed to be 20 minutes turned into 47 with still no call. At 3:55pm she calls me and ask where I am. I left. Absolutely no respect for people’s time and no apologies given!!"
