"Bad service, all the masseur don't have license, I get rude service, do I need call 311 or 911 to report them? That‘s not true. When I called，the receptionist assured me that all their therapists were licensed and had extensive experience. She also guaranteed that their services would be beneficial for my condition. during my massage session, my therapist's admitted that she did not have a massage license and further revealed that none of the therapists. This blatant deception has not only caused me significant distress but also put me at risk of further injury. The spa’s failure to be honest about their therapists’ qualifications is not only unethical but also dangerous."
