"I had a horrifying experience. Save yourself a headache and go anywhere else. A stylist I’ve seen for over a year refused to correct uneven parts at the very top/front of my head . It looked objectively horrible and it took multiple people to convince her to fix it, after I refused to leave until my service was corrected. I’ve been a customer for over 2 years and I will never be back. There’s a hair braiding shop every 50 feet in Harem with far better standards of service. And the braids have never been worth the cost whatsoever."

"I've been coming here since 2022 and I've been trying to give them chance after chance. I recently went to get small knotless braids. My appointment was scheduled for 2:20 pm and I arrived at 2:15 pm. I'm always either on time or earlier to these appointments because their policy states that they will cancel your appointment if you are more than 30 minutes late. My appointment didn't start until about 3:40 pm, a whole hour later from my scheduled time. I wasn't offered anything to rectify this nor was I being checked in on from management. As friendly and nice as my stylist was, she was constantly on her phone and taking long breaks. I didn't leave the salon until about 11:00 pm. When I initially started coming here back in 2022, the standards were high, everyone was professional, the salon was nice and clean, and management was engaging with clients. I was more than okay paying the high prices because I felt comfortable and welcomed. Now, standards have dropped, not everyone is professional, the quality and cleanliness of the salon is mid, and management no longer engages with their customers. I've been coming all the way from Brooklyn because I want to continue to support this shop but it's getting harder to support mid services."

"I got small French curls, but I feel as though I was scammed because the braids on the top were small, but in the back, they were big. I paid $250 for this, and I don’t think it was worth it. In addition, my braids were tight even after telling her not to braid too tight, and she started getting angry with me. I found this place on TikTok and drove 1 hour and 45 minutes to get here. It wasn’t worth it to me, and I feel I need a refund because these are obviously large, and I paid for small. Additionally, with the amount of gel used, after 3 days, your hair will flake and start to come out of the braid. Please beware."
