"The hairdresser said she could style my daughters hair ahead of her dance show, but she had NO experience doing kids hair. She said she needed me to hold my kids head still while she blew dry her hair (my kid has been getting her hair cut and blow-dryed since she was two, no one EVER demanded this). She made me hold her in a head lock and when I said to stop brushing her out, because she was hurting her, the woman put her hair in a sloppy, crooked ponytail and told me I owed her $30. The whole experience was gross and disappointing."

"Prices are not reasonable. If you have 4C or kinky long hair this salon may not be for you especially for little girls with thick natural hair. They use detangle brushes rather than a roller brush to blow dry hair. Detangle method is to rip out and comb hair rather than finger detangle and separate hair in sections. Ends were puffy and frizzy even after using a flat iron. Had to go home and use flat iron with comb method to get ends straight."

"I've been going to Ive for a while now. Ive is wonderful with a good heart. Her shop is very homey and comfortable and she takes good care of all her clients. The shop is also in the neighborhood, I sometimes go and and get my hair done right after the gym and be ready for church the next day. I love when she is done with my hair, its soft , silky, shiny and I feel beautiful."
