"I was referred here by my sister! This is a small business in an apartment. I met the owner Lisbeth the first time and she did my laser session and I NEVER saw her after that.!! She had the girl in the front desk do all of my other 5 sessions! She apparently was busy some of the days taking care of other client!! This is not how you get referrals!!! The least she could of done is excused herself for one or two sessions!! At the end of the day it’s your business and you want you clients to come back! On my last session I inquired with the young lady in the front desk about any specials because I still need a few more bikini sessions. She could not give me an answer and told me to text her because she wasn’t onsite . As im waiting for the light …I SEE HER WALK OUT THE BUILDING! SMDH!!"
