"It is a good place for a massage with your significant one, and they offer you mimosas, water, and coffee. The only problem is their customer service over the phone. I called to r/s my apt, and when they answered and heard me, they hung up. When I called back, I told her the call got disconnected, and she said, “ok.” then I asked for a later appointment, and she said they had only for the last afternoon, which I could not do. I asked to cancel it, and she did not try accommodating me for another day or time. So, I may go back because of the onsite service, but as the phone service is terrible, I do not know if I will get attracted enough to call and make an appointment."
"Had an amazing massage, everyone was super professional and polite. The facility is very up to date and clean. They were nice enough to setup the room for a friends bday at no extra charge! (I provided the supplies). Will definitely be booking more appointments in the future."
