"Really cool state of the art recovery equipment (cold plunge, infrared sauna, compression therapy) Got to meet the owners (Tom and Kate) who were not only very knowledgeable about the products themselves, but the “why” of which ones would be best for me and what I was looking for. That ice plunge is no joke, but my energy was noticeably different, and I felt sharper all day, and slept great that night. Really happy this shop is here and looking forward to coming back."
