"I’ve been trying to make this place work for years, mainly because they’re open on Sundays and Mondays and lot of salons are not - even being a long term monthly payment member. All of the good stylists leave because of how poorly this place is ran, and finally I’ve had enough. The customer service is disgusting. I’m a full time working mom of two young kids and to literally turn me away after my years of payment to them.. you’ve lost a customer. And I hope you loose many more. You owe me two blowouts for how terribly you messed up my account, and actually had me pay when I knew I had blowouts on my account I had already paid for, but your incompetent stylist at the front desk couldn’t figure it out. You were supposed to refund me for that and never did. Coming on a Sunday or Monday isn’t worth dealing with you anymore. And the blowouts are actually the worst I get out anywhere else I go."
