"Machine wouldn’t read my credit card. Tried another machine and it would not give my credit card back. Call customer service number and got an answering machine. Looked for help at the booth and no one was around. Called the number again, answering machine again. Started pressing my horn. Attendant came out of the building to see what I needed and still could not help. She makes a phone call, no answer. After 30 min trying to get out a supervisor comes and gets my card out. Surprise surprise the machine still won’t read it. Garbage parking company."
