"Small gas station and convenience store located near the airport. I was able to get gas for my 28 foot RV using one of the outside pumps. It would probably be a great location for refueling before returning a rental because it's right on the corner with a traffic light."
"I had a great experience at night time with a guy, he helped me save some money and told me what to do. But the next morning, around 7:40 am, There was a system issue with debit and credit, and Paula seemed to be very annoyed by our presence. We came 2 times between 7:00 to 7:40 am and they acted the same way both times. They make you feel rushed up and annoyed by any small changes you want to make. Just because the system is down doesn't mean you stop treating the customer like a customer. That would be a crucial time to give a customer the comfort they need and the hospitality and patience not with confrontation and rudeness. Please fix that, thinking how it's next to the airport and a hotel where a lot of tourists would be there, that's a very bad impression you're putting out."
"My bus about to leave, so I asked the customer in front of me “can I please skip the line ?” And everybody said yes, but PAULA in the register who worked in the morning at 7:40 am rudely said “NO”, just because y’all system were down doesn’t mean that y’all can treat us this badly. The people who worked at night are so much nicer."

"On 5/23 (approx. 9:45 p.m.), I was getting gas at the Speedway station: 4590 Genesee St. Cheektowaga, N.Y. 14225 While pumping for gas, I decided to grab some snacks. I grabbed approx. 6 items (1 of which was a pint of ice cream) & asked about the availability of a spoon. The attendant working pointed over in an area (hotdog) that wasn’t very specific. When I asked where he was specifically referring to, I was met with an unwillingness to help me. I then proceeded to pay for my items but, became concerned as the # of items I had on the counter didn’t appear to be in alignment with the items being scanned. I began reviewing the register & inquired about the negative items listed. I was told, “These items were on sale.” I responded with, “Then, why are they listed again down here?” It was at this point, the service attendant sighed & muttered under breath “OMG” & some other inaudible commentary. I then asked again for an explanation which was met with further inaudible muttering. I then decided to take my business elsewhere & informed the attendant, “Never mind. No thank you.” As I begin exiting the establishment, the attendant said another inaudible comment to himself. I inquired as to what was stated & was met with, “That’s it! I’m not gonna put up with this. You have to leave now & will never be allowed to enter my store. If you don’t leave, I will call the authorities on you.” This treatment was inexcusable, rude, & unacceptable. If this behavior is representative of the way other staff treats customers, I’d advise anyone to take there business elsewhere where they will be treated fairly. Shoppers BEWARE!!!"
