"I went into the gas station which I regularly do atleast twice a week to get gas and there was a new employee who serviced me . The employee asked me which pump I was on and I told him 4 and then asked me how much so I told him $13. He then proceeded to tell me to swipe my card which I did and I selected credit. After waiting about a min he then realized he had made a mistake and then swiped my card again only to tell me that it wouldn't accept it. I looked at my phone knowing I had money in that account I get text messages whenever I use my card for any purchase , and he then asked me to swipe it again . He then asked the other employee which I see on a regular basis what he did wrong. I showed him that the purchase did go through and also showed him the terminal number which shows up as a text whenever I make a purchase. I asked him could a post void be done ? He replied no! And then stated he would be fired. I asked him to call a manager and asked what could be done since I needed gas and that credit card was the only one I had with me. He called his manager explained the situation then put the other employee on the phone . I asked if it was ok if I spoke to the manager . I was then handed the phone and immediately the manger was very defensive and told me that nothing could be done. He said that the funds should go back to my card in about an hour. I explained that I had no gas and no other form of payment and that it wasn't my fault and this was a huge inconvenience. The manager then got loud with me and very disrespectful saying I told you there is nothing we can do you will just have to wait. I then asked his name and store location number and the name of his district manager . He screamed at me just call the store tomorrow . I again asked the name of the district manager, he mumbled profanity under his breath then HUNG UP ON ME!"
