"The car wash tore off my splash cover on my new Audi. The owner had me stop at the car wash to fill out forms and take pictures. They then had me come back to tell me there's no way it happen here. The owner then called me 3 times to eventually tell me he won't cover the $100 cover but he would give me a gift card. Would not take ownership. I am going to do whatever it takes to get the word out. Never in my life have I been treated so poorly. From the unsympathetic employees to the owner who couldn't even say "sorry""
"The gentleman helped me scan my barcode, the drive through process went smoothly, car looks beautiful, only thing was there wasn’t anyone to dry the car after the wash. They did have blowers but they don’t really dry the car enough."
