"Never have items in stock.. always gives me a problem using my Cosmo pro credit card. Can use it at Sally's with no problem. Always a problem at the store on Sheridan Drive. Ridiculous"

"5 stars for the staff always being so pleasant and helpful here. However, I give it 1 star for the stock. CosmoProf never ever has any stock for basic items that every salon, barber or stylist needs to do their job. Everytime I ask why they never have anything in the store, the staff just says they know it's awful but that the stores have scaled back on inventory. It gets old coming here and never finding what I need so I honestly prefer to shop places like A&A better. Definitely call or check the inventory online before heading into the store so you don't waste your time."
"The newest manager, Jody is the most professional manager the store has had in many years. She always gives a friendly greeting and goes out her way to help as many people in the store. I’m impressed that she shows no frustration when busy and maintains a positive vibe. She always offers info on new products and education. Just impressed with her. Hope she stays!"
