"Went in for a consult on a Tooth that i've had a problem with for a while. The assistant setting me up took down detailed questions and wrote notes down. When the doctor came in he asked the same questions and never read or talked to the assistant. My expectation for good customer service is the doctor reads the notes before talking to the patient so they have context. When I was confused why he didn't read the notes or talk to the assistant the doctor replied with "You came here, you didn't ahve to come here" which tranlates to 'I don't need your business'. And explains the lack of good customer service. He did look at my teeth and made a reccomendation for extration, but, now I don't know if that was because he wanted to get rid of me or if that was the genuine diagnosis. not getting the feeling these doctors have sworn by the hippocratic oath."
"I was recently diagnosed with throat cancer. In order to start chemo/radiation therapy, I need dental clearance. My dentist referred me to Endodontic Assoc for treatment. I called the office today to schedule the appointment, since they hadn't called me. (The referral has CALL ME PLEASE and ASAP written by my dentist.) The earliest available appointment was in 5 weeks, which would delay the start of my chemo/radiation by almost two months. Also, Joanne was very condescending to me regarding my voice, insisting that I take her off speaker phone. "you sound like you are in a tunnel!" (LOL sorry I have throat cancer?) My dentist called them and was able to get a slightly earlier appointment, but I called and found a much more pleasant office that could get me in the very next day. Maybe I caught Endo Associates on a bad day, but my interactions with them today were really frustrating and hurtful."
"I just want to thank Dr.Fahey again for being so amazing. I have extreme dentist anxiety and I had to get my first root canal ever. I was a complete nervous wreck coming from the first dentist who sent me over to him. He was absolutely amazing and talked me through the whole thing and made me feel more comfortable throughout the procedure. Thank you again to him and the staff there for being so nice while I was being a bit dramatic. YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!"
