Reviews
"Just got done with my appointment. Kaylee was an exceptional dental hygienist, she was very through with my cleaning and super nice. Dr. Burns then came in and explained everything he was doing/checking for and he was very friendly. If you need a solid dentist look no further!"
"I went for a consultation in April for a mouth piece for sleep apnea after being referred to Dr. Burns as he is one of the few in the region that specializes in this. I drove two hours to see him for the consult. After finding out I was a candidate for this I submitted everything they needed and paperwork for insurance. Through October I had to constantly call and try to get updates, often with no calls back. I finally got a call back and was told the medical billing staff they have all left so they are no longer using insurance or making mouth pieces. A waste of my time. I asked to speak to the dentist too throughout this and was told no."
"Friendly staff, empathetic, roomy waiting room. Dr. Burns is very professional, talented dentist. He has really good communication skills between him and his patient. He has helped fix my teeth with compassion when I felt embarrassed with my oral conditions. He communicates the steps he will take to get to a healthy smile ."
"I was a patient of Dr. Burns a few years ago. I was about 15 years old with dental anxiety to begin with. I had a very stuffy nose as I was sick at the time of my visit. (Pre-COVID) I was not able to breathe through my mouth during treatment and felt like I was sufficating so I lifted my hand up to motion him to stop as we had previously discussed. He then scolded at me for almost hitting his drill. He then proceeded to bring me out to the waiting room and scold me in front of my mother and all the other patients waiting. I am still traumatized to this day and have severe dental anxiety from this experience as an adult. If you have any sort of dental anxiety, I strongly do not suggest him."
