When I called the service department, my call was answered by a pleasant person(!) who handled everything related to making this appointment - no transfers or annoying voice response menus. I opted to drop my car off the night before my appointment. I was contacted the next day mid-morning with a status update and again when my vehicle was ready for pick-up. Pick-up was quick and easy. I was pleasantly surprised to find my car had been washed and the interior cleaned. Great experience!"
