"First time going here for a dental check-up. I haven’t been to the dentist in about 3 yrs so I knew they would want to do x-rays. The x- ray machine was not working, which is fine but I also got a cleaning. The dentist that did my cleaning did a rush job, it was painful and I ask her why and she replied" it's because I haven't had a cleaning in a long time." I know it's been years since I've did a regular check-up at the dentist but It's been plenty of time where I did get a cleaning and it didn't hurt at all nor, was it ever that quick. I love BHC dental office on Ashland pl. way better. Despite all this, I'll still give them the benefit of the doubt. Hopefully I'll have a better experience at the second appt on May 9th.The Staff upstairs is very rude, not welcoming at all. The Dental staff down stairs were very sweet, professional and very helpful."
