While other oral surgeons wanted me to jump through all sorts of hoops, my oral surgeon was very experienced in this procedure and it went very smoothly. I would recommend Riverside Oral Sugery to anyone who needs their services. Next time I have a problem, they are the only people I would call. "i got my wisdom teeth out. the staff help you feel relaxed and answer any questions you may have. the surgeons are very good and seem passionate about what they do and explained how they will do the surgery beforehand. i’m giving 4 stars because i feel like even though they were great during the procedure, they could’ve done better with providing aftercare instructions. this is still a great place though."

"This is my reason why they're getting three stars. They should know how to conduct business in their office . It's not right for me to wait until i got in the Dentist chair to find last minute that I've to pay almost $1500 before they could start my Surgery , I gave them enough time to find out from my insurance what's covered . I went there the day before my appointment to find out if there's any other information that i should know they told me everything is fine my Appointment was the next day .This kind of business don't take away the great the job that the Doctor and the assistant did .The Facility was great nice and clean It's not about the money, it's about setting you up in an unexpected situation which blood up my blood pressure and pressure also had me under stress to pay for the money before they could start . I did feel like a hostage or being high jacked to pay up. I don't want anyone to go through this kind of situation ,Not everyone is rich."

"Dental surgeon is good, but the office is horrible. Did tooth extraction in July last year. My insurance company asked me to get a written predetermination of the exact cost (after insurance) from the dentist, which I did. I paid my part in full when the surgery was performed, but one year later, I suddenly received another bill from the office ($2,000+). When I called the office, I was told that the predetermination was only an estimate. Don't trust their price estimates, and unless you are a multi-millionaire who has thousands to burn, you likely want to do your surgery elsewhere. That was not their only mess up. I have had 2 appointments with them, and when I showed up the office said there were no records of my appointments. After the surgery (implants), the office was supposed to send some parts to my general dentist for the crowns, and they sent the to the wrong dentist, even after I tried reminding them multiple times about who my general dentist. And did I mention that they staff were rude? Calling me by my last name, no mister or anything like I was an inmate. If you don't want to have to deal with their billing and appointment mistakes, go find a different oral surgeon."
