"The care we receive from Dr. Jen (pediatric dentist) is just the best. She is very caring and patient and we love her. HOWEVER, we have had SO many issues with the front desk staff. Almost everytime we show up, they have changed our appointment time without notifying us. I'm not talking about once or twice but closer to 10 times over the past 5 or 6 years. Very frustrating as we drive in from quite a distance. We have also had several billing issues that eventually get ironed out but not before numerous phone calls to the office. I also had x-rays transferred to the office from elsewhere for my self and they couldn't find them. I literally forwarded them multiple times before they finally found them. We contemplated leaving the practice over everything but we just love the dentist too much to change just yet."

"My kids both see Dr. Barbie for their checkups. They absolutely adore her! She is great with kids and makes them feel at ease. In fact she paints my daughter's nails during their appointment--how cool is that! My son loves the movie collection they have. The office is well-designed, spacious, and clean."
