"I had a spoiler (wing) painted here. When I picked it up it was very dusty so the guy Brain took a rag to clean off some of the dust which is a no no on dry paint. I figured I could take it home and clean it up and maybe it wasn’t as bad as it looked. When I got it home I can clearly see all of the imperfections of the so called paint job. It look to only had one coat of paint, it looks as if it wasn’t clean off before the paint was applied, I’m not sure if it has a clear coat on it or not. You can also see in certain areas where the primer that the company I bought it from applied it and it wasn’t completely covered up. This really looked to me to be a very bad rush job Although they had it for three weeks… I was told it is an after market part that’s why it looks like it doesn’t, NOT! It looks though if it was painted, sanded and repainted…. It was smooth when I dropped it off primed and ready for painting. No waves, no scratches and new out of the box. I had it looked at by several other places. I went with Syracuse Auto color because of the good ratings and they could get me in without waiting. I am truly very disappointed especially after reading the reviews before I decided on going there to have it painted. Andrew Johnson, Sr."
