"This garage has got to be one of the most disorganized and poorly managed that I have ever seen. You aren't able to pay online, with a credit/debit card, or with cash. Only checks. The only way to enroll/cancel is in writing; they don't even have an online portal to do this stuff in 2020. Personally, after I enrolled, it took me 3 weeks to finally get approved. I had to pay for daily parking every day during that, which was nearly $120 for those 3 weeks. The security guards are asleep in the office half of the time or in their cars by the front not paying attention to anything."
