"As far as bus (and train) stations go, this one isn't too bad. It's newer than some of the other ones I have been to, but is still suffering from some lack of general maintenance as the industry declines. There is a Dunkin Donuts and Subway there, and the stops here are usually long enough to grab something, but have found that overnight staff at these are less than prompt or cordial."

"I seriously wonder how this company keeps operating. The service is not only crap, but they are thieves too. I ended up paying extra for a flexible ticket so i could change the date/time if needed, and now they tell me i must go to their offices to change it - which will waste 2 hours of my life! If i am able to book tickets and pay online, why wouldnt i be able to change it too? Its just a way of forcing you to rethink your decision and stick to it. This is extremely stupid and inconvenient. Never traveling with them again."

"I was expecting dirty and smelly buses and strange people but I was very pleasantly surprised! The buses were clean, the seats were very comfortable, there was WIFI (although spotty in some areas). The bus driver told one man that got on that he couldn't take him because he had an offensive odor. (Thank you Mr. Bus driver!) The driver's made the rules clear at the beginning and enforced them too for everyone's comfort. i.e.: No speaker phone, talk quietly, you could only use headsets that only you could hear etc. The ride was cool and comfortable. The drivers were clean and professional. The riders were a mix of people young and older and all very nice. I was very pleased with the whole trip back and forth from Syracuse to NYC. (I never used the bathroom so I can't rate that.) And the price couldn't be beat- round trip for $58! Are you kidding me?!? What a sweet deal."

"My buggaged was moved off my bus and lost.. Most of all my valuables are now gone. Baggage guy told me he took it off the bus and when no one claimed it, it was sent to my destination. That was a lie. Never seen my clothes, jewelry, or my shoes again.. Never again will I ride on a greyhound and nor do I recommend it, take a train its cheaper, most comfortable and you can bring you luggage on board with you."

"They don't answer the phone, and refunds aren't done over the phone. Be prepared to listen to either Gracy their non-intelligent customer service voice or their ghetto non-intelligent customer service representatives that give you different answers e.g. Its refundable go to the station. Its not refundable. I will travel Megabus or take the train in the future. *I will be out in the cold though :-)"
