"I did virtual consult with Mona for hair extension and paid $750 deposit. We did make a schedule for installation. Then had to reschedule twice due to extension shipment delay (which was frustrating). Finally I was told the hair arrived and went to the salon. We colored my hair. But the extension was unable to match my new hair color. I questioned how a 100% virgin human hair unable to accept any hair dye? It was a red flag for me and the hair was too soft and felt plastic. Mona said because of coating even virgin human hair is difficult to color. The texture of my hair was way different from the extension; but Mona tried to convince me that it was similar. After spending over 7 hours in the salon, we decided not to proceed with the extension. It was a waste of time but at least she refunded the deposit minus the coloring."
