"I made an online appointment a week ago for two services, one for cut and one for a color. The appointment was made with Lisa for September 12 at 3 PM. At some point Lisa modify the appointment for only a haircut at 3 PM. I showed up 10 minutes early and checked in and my appointment was confirmed both in an email as well as in the book. Imagine my shock when another person is there for a 3 o’clock appointment with Lisa and she texted him because he was supposed to be there at 2 PM and she modified his appointment to 3 PM. She came in 10 minutes late, 3:10 PM, and called the other gentleman to her chair. When I spoke up let her know that I had a 3 o’clock appointment and showed her on my phone. She dismissed me and said that she must’ve just made a mistake and walked into the other room. She did not apologize. She did not take my appointment though I was there at the right time, she completely dismissed me, and it was such a horrible experience. I have no idea of her quality but I can tell you her customer service is zero out of 10."
"I paid 149 for a dark hair dye which she left mad hair dye in the back side and my hair wet … she said it was hair dye and the service already took almost 2 hours now I have to go home and waste my time to the rinse and dry it that was a waste of my time and money I could have done it myself Better I’m very dissatisfied and unhappy and it ruined my plans for the day"
