She was very sweet with the girls, talking to them throughout their haircuts so they were comfortable. Emily also cut my hair and did an amazing job- she was very thorough going over what I was looking for, past experiences with different cuts and how I felt about them, as well as explaining all the techniques she was going to use, where she was placing them and how it would affect my hair for our ultimate desired outcome. Going to the hairdressers with 2 young children can be a chaotic experience but Emily made it positive for all of us! "Cass gave me a haircut and trimmed my beard wonderfully. She was very pleasant and personable. I will definitely ask for her next time. Only bad thing was the prices. $26 for a basic haircut in my book is steep. Add $10 for the beard trim so $36 later I could start thinking about a tip. Which I will always do regardless. It's not Cas' fault the company charges this much"
