"Very desirable location. Location ...location so convenient to shopping. People keep homes looking nice. Friendly neighbors and owners. Price is reasonable. Quiet. Phoenix is lovely town on Oswego River. Quite nice community activities. I feel blessed to live here. Only negative is that there are few opportunities to move in and no dogs allowed which my cat thinks is great!"
